Corporate Head of Supply Chain

About the role

Neuraxpharm is seeking a Corporate Head of Supply Chain to lead and optimise the end‑to‑end global supply chain across Europe. Reporting to the CTO, you will ensure seamless operations from procurement to distribution while supporting product launches and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement global supply chain strategies, standards and processes aligned with corporate objectives.
• Act as the main interface between Commercial Operations and Technical Operations through the S&OP process.
• Oversee procurement, forecasting, inventory management, distribution, CMOs, supplier management and logistics.
• Drive digital transformation and best‑practice implementation to improve efficiency, visibility and agility.
• Standardise procedures for forecasting, logistics coordination, master data and artwork management.
• Define, monitor and analyse global KPIs, leading continuous improvement and cost‑optimisation initiatives.
• Build and develop a high‑performing global supply chain team and manage budgets, risk and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of management experience leading international supply chain teams in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience with international CMOs, global S&OP, forecasting and advanced planning systems.
• Strong communication, cross‑functional leadership and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel up to ~20%.
