Corporate Travel Consultant

About the role

Join a highly skilled remote team that delivers exceptional travel services to corporate clients. As a Corporate Travel Consultant you will help customers plan and book business trips while contributing to a culture of innovation and internal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for individual and group corporate customers.
• Research travel options, anticipate needs, and promote additional services.
• Book domestic and international business travel across air, road, rail, and accommodation.
• Use Global Distribution Systems (e.g., Amadeus) to process reservations.
• Ensure compliance with client travel policies, provider rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide professional telephone support and handle special requests.
• Collaborate with teammates to coach, mentor, and improve service levels.

Required profile

• Strong passion for client service and proactive problem‑solving.
• Native expertise with GDS platforms such as Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, or Galileo.
• Professional written and verbal communication in German and English.
• High attention to detail and integrity with personal traveler information.
• Solid understanding of the travel industry, including business and leisure travel.
• Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently.
• Team‑oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
