Country Development Manager – Spain

About the role

We are seeking a Country Development Manager to lead the launch and growth of a leading European industrial manufacturing brand in Spain. Reporting to the corporate team, you will design and execute an omnichannel Go‑to‑Market strategy from the ground up, positioning the company as a top choice for both B2C and B2B customers.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑define and implement the Spanish Go‑to‑Market plan, including product mix, pricing and commercial positioning.
• Deploy an omnichannel experience that integrates physical showrooms/warehouses with e‑commerce, CRM and digital marketing channels.
• Act as the primary brand ambassador, building awareness, strategic partnerships and long‑term brand equity.
• Drive revenue, market share and customer retention across all sales channels.
• Own the P&L, operational efficiency, supply‑chain logistics and performance reporting to Group executives.
• Support the creation of the Spanish subsidiary and launch the first hybrid hub in the Valencia area.
• Plan and roll out additional hub locations nationwide, recruiting and mentoring a high‑performing local team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in market entry, business development or country‑level commercial leadership.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel retail, brand building and B2C/B2B sales dynamics.
• Ability to manage P&L, operational processes and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of e‑commerce platforms and supply‑chain logistics.
