Country Manager

About the role

LGIM Robotics is seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead its expansion in the Spanish market. Based in Madrid, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s operational strategy, driving growth, and ensuring alignment with global objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to increase market share in Spain.
• Manage day‑to‑day local operations, ensuring compliance with Spanish regulations.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Lead sales and marketing initiatives to promote LGIM’s robotics and intelligent manufacturing solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.
• Coordinate closely with global teams to align local activities with corporate goals.

Required profile

• Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and operations management.
• Proven track record in sales, marketing, and client relationship management.
• Experience in robotics, industrial automation, or intelligent manufacturing industries.
• Ability to conduct financial analysis, manage budgets, and monitor performance.
• Excellent leadership, team‑management, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
