About the role
We are seeking a Cover Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction to primary and elementary students at Laude San Pedro International College. The role involves creating engaging lessons, assessing progress, and maintaining regular communication with families.
Key responsibilities
- Create and implement lesson plans and activities aligned with the curriculum for primary/elementary students.
- Deliver engaging and effective instruction that motivates young learners.
- Assess and monitor student learning and progress, providing feedback and support.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student performance and wellbeing.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment in line with ISP safeguarding principles.
- Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within the classroom.
Required profile
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to engage and motivate young students.
- Commitment to safeguarding children and adhering to ISP policies.
