Creative Art Trainee

About the role

Join WPP Production as a Creative Art Trainee and support the creation of digital visual content for social media, advertising and multi‑channel campaigns. This six‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in a global, AI‑enhanced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create digital assets for social media and advertising.
• Support visual concept development and rapid prototyping.
• Prepare production‑ready and localisation files.
• Design using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Research design trends and contribute ideas.
• Assist in preparing creative presentations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute projects.
• Adapt designs for different markets and platforms.

Required profile

• Degree in Advertising, Design or a related field.
• Strong interest in art direction and digital creation.
• Understanding of the design process, including production and localisation.
• Ability to prototype visual designs quickly.
• Willingness to contribute to the Shopper team workflow.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
