Creative Web Designer

About the role

Dragons, a global creative agency, is looking for a Creative Web Designer to join its Design team. The role blends strong visual taste with strategic thinking to create engaging digital experiences for bold brands across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design emotionally engaging web experiences using typography, layout, motion and interaction.
• Create high‑fidelity UI concepts, wireframes and design systems in Figma for desktop and mobile.
• Translate brand guidelines into cohesive, responsive digital platforms, both custom and CMS‑based.
• Collaborate with strategy, branding and development teams throughout the creative process.
• Stay current with web design trends, art direction and interaction patterns.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional web design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing premium, visually driven web projects.
• Excellent visual design skills with a deep understanding of typography, composition and art direction.
• Fluent English communication; Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Solid grasp of UX principles and responsive design.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary creative teams.
