Customer Base Marketer (Brand and Content Specialist)

About the role

Webfleet, Bridgestone's fleet management solution, is looking for a Customer Base Marketer in Barcelona to act as the content and creative strategist of its Customer Base Marketing (CBM) squad. The role owns customer-focused content from strategy and messaging to creative execution, supporting campaigns that engage and educate customers at every stage of their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Own CBM content, from strategy and messaging to creative execution, grounded in the brand positioning
• Work with the customer comms owner, upsell strategists and project managers to set the content and creative strategy behind every customer campaign
• Shape content across the customer lifecycle and build the customer education strategy
• Create the online home for courses, milestones, usage tracking and customer content
• Bring onboarding and in-platform messaging together into one coherent, on-brand story
• Use AI and the latest tools to create new types of content and make a small team and budget go further

Required profile

• Content strategist and creative thinker, not just a copywriter
• Understanding of the customer lifecycle and the role of marketing in optimising it
• Visionary about how AI and new tools have changed what content can be
• Excellent taste in copy, messaging, look and feel and brand positioning
• Hands-on, collaborative and able to influence without authority; great at simplifying complex things and telling stories
• Advanced English fluency; other European languages are a plus

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics (e.g. Salesforce)
