Customer Care Specialist - Finance & Accounting Platforms

About the role

Join Perk as a key member of the Customer Care team, supporting customers on technically complex cases within our finance and accounting software suite. You will use your fintech or accounting platform experience to help customers solve real operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via email and phone, focusing on technical and finance operational issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cases, including bugs and product incidents, and track them through to resolution.
• Document interactions, escalate appropriately, and use domain knowledge to triage effectively.
• Own incoming requests end‑to‑end, creating tickets for internal teams when needed.
• Handle inquiries from customers across Germany, Switzerland, and the rest of Europe.
• Serve as the internal first point of contact for operational software knowledge.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience at a fintech company or with an accounting software platform, handling technical customer cases.
• Comfortable managing high‑volume, high‑frequency tasks.
• Structured, detail‑oriented approach to problem solving.
• Fluency in English; German required for DACH accounts, additional languages a plus.
