Customer Care Specialist – Spanish & French Market

About the role

Join Amenitiz, a fast‑growing SaaS platform that helps independent hoteliers manage their properties more efficiently. As a Customer Care Specialist for the Spanish and French markets, you will be the frontline liaison, turning product features into real‑world value for hotel owners and property managers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide fast, empathetic support via chat, phone, and email in Spanish, French, and English.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues, not just answer routine questions.
• Translate product capabilities into simple, actionable solutions for customers.
• Identify recurring patterns, share insights, and help improve support processes and product development.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to address root‑cause problems.

Required profile

• Native Spanish speaker with strong English and French proficiency.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer‑facing role (support, help desk, or similar).
• Empathetic, resourceful, and able to think quickly under pressure.
• Customer‑oriented mindset that goes beyond words to actions.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM or SaaS support tools (experience with specific platforms is a plus).
