Customer Logistics Manager – IPL Commercial Fleet

About the role

Airbus Helicopters España is seeking a Customer Logistics Manager to act as the primary point of contact for spare parts and IPL (Integrated Product Logistics) services for Spanish military customers. The role ensures seamless order management, contract execution, and high‑level customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the focal point for spare parts requests under Spanish IPL contracts.
• Manage customer orders for spares and AGEs, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Monitor contract execution, generate status reports for the Programs Department, and maintain a provisioning plan.
• Collaborate with Quality, Warehouse, and equipment suppliers to expedite deliveries and optimize support.
• Analyze the spare‑parts order book, resolve data discrepancies, and control warehouse readiness.
• Execute interventions and receptions of spare parts according to the calendar while meeting budget forecasts.

Required profile

• Degree or Master’s in Economics, Business Administration or Management.
• Proven experience in customer and material support, preferably with military customers.
• Strong knowledge of aeronautics standards, supply‑chain processes, and contract management.
• Ability to work autonomously in an international, multicultural environment.
