Customer Onboarding Specialist - French Market

About the role

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist for the French market, you will be the first point of contact for new hotel owners joining Amenitiz. You will guide them through the platform, ensuring they experience immediate value and confidence in using our tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding sessions that help hoteliers launch their properties on Amenitiz.
• Provide practical training and ongoing support to foster autonomous platform use.
• Build strong relationships with assigned customers to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the primary contact during the onboarding phase, addressing needs and recommending solutions.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead and peers to maintain a consistent onboarding experience.
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve onboarding processes.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• Fluent in at least one additional language (Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing role; travel‑tech experience is a plus.
• Empathetic, proactive, and able to adapt communication style to different audiences.
• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with Stripe.
• Experience using Notion.
• Experience with Intercom or Zendesk.
