Customer Onboarding Specialist – French Market

About the role

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist for the French market, you will be one of the first points of contact for new Amenitiz customers. You will guide hoteliers and property owners through the platform, ensuring they experience value from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for French‑speaking customers, providing training and support.
• Build strong relationships with assigned accounts to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the primary contact during the onboarding phase, understanding needs and recommending solutions.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead and peers to maintain a consistent onboarding experience.
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve onboarding procedures.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with excellent English communication skills; additional fluency in Spanish, Italian or Portuguese is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in travel‑tech or SaaS.
• Strong empathy, curiosity and a proactive attitude.
• Organised, reliable and eager to learn in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with Stripe, Notion, Intercom or Zendesk.
