Customer Onboarding Specialist - French Market

About the role

Amenitiz is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist for its French market, based in Barcelona. As one of the first people a new customer meets after signing, you guide independent hoteliers and property owners through the platform so they can launch confidently and get real value from day one. It is a hands-on, customer-facing role working closely with the Team Lead and teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new customers through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth, confident launch on the Amenitiz platform
• Train hoteliers in a practical and engaging way, helping them become autonomous users
• Build strong relationships with assigned customers and act as a reliable point of contact during onboarding
• Collaborate with the Team Lead and teammates to deliver a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience
• Share customer feedback and observations with the team to improve onboarding

Required profile

• Native French speaker with English proficiency; Spanish is a plus
• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role; travel tech background is a strong plus
• Clear communicator who adapts to different customers and contexts
• Curious, proactive and organised, with a genuine interest in growing within a team

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with tools such as Stripe, Notion, Intercom or Zendesk is a plus
