Customer Service Executive

About the role

Zurich Insurance is seeking a motivated Customer Service Executive to join its multinational service centre in Madrid. The role supports internal underwriting and servicing teams worldwide, ensuring accurate policy delivery and high‑quality service for customers across more than 200 territories.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate between teams to guarantee complete information for issuing multinational policies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for underwriting and servicing teams globally, ensuring timely communication.
• Prepare policy wording documents for sophisticated customer needs across various lines of business.
• Maintain multinational data in core global systems, keeping information accurate and accessible.
• Update internal guidelines to reflect process and policy changes and support transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Interest in multinational insurance and willingness to develop knowledge of multinational programs.
• Clear written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Collaborative mindset and confidence working with colleagues across teams and countries.
• Problem‑solving orientation and curiosity for learning new processes, products and systems.
• Degree in Economics, Law, Business or related field, or relevant insurance experience.
