Customer Service Manager - Logistics

About the role

Lear For You is looking for a Customer Service Manager in Valls to lead customer service operations and ensure exceptional support for automotive customers. The role works closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Quality, Finance and Sales teams to deliver strong service performance, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer service operations and make sure customer requirements are met for delivery, quality and service performance.
• Manage relationships with key customers and act as the main point of contact for service matters.
• Address customer concerns, escalations and service issues while managing expectations proactively.
• Oversee customer orders from receipt through delivery and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate demand changes with production planning and logistics teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues, support program launches and manage engineering changes.
• Lead, develop and coach the Customer Service team by setting objectives, monitoring KPIs and supporting employee growth.
• Monitor service performance metrics, prepare reports and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics or Account Management.
• 3+ years leading and developing teams in a manufacturing or operational environment.
• Experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with customer requirements and service standards.
