Customer Service Representative (English, Spanish & French)

About the role

We are seeking a multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Valencia office. The role supports international customers throughout the order process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via telephone and email in English, Spanish and French.
• Process, register and monitor customer orders accurately.
• Provide product information and support to customers and business partners.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production and Logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Follow up on customer requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records using the company’s ERP/CRM systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring high satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English, Spanish and French.
• Previous experience in customer service, order processing or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced international environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
