Customer Service Representative – Iberia Region

About the role

This position is based in Valencia and joins the Customer Service team serving the Iberia region. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service to customers, managing orders from receipt to delivery, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Iberia‑region customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance departments.
• Monitor order status, deliveries and incidents, proactively communicating updates.
• Handle claims, incidents and customer queries, ensuring proper resolution.
• Maintain compliance with internal processes, customer requirements and service level agreements.
• Keep internal systems updated with accurate information.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Service function.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management or a similar role.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent Portuguese (required) and good level of English (required).
