Customer Service Team Lead – Delivery Information

About the role

The Delivery Information Team Lead supports a team of Delivery Information Administrators in handling package investigations, damage evaluations and claims. You will use internal tracking systems to locate proof of delivery and ensure customers receive high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workload and assign tasks within the Delivery Information team.
• Investigate package issues, evaluate damages and manage the claim process.
• Utilise internal systems to trace packages and retrieve proof of delivery for customers.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on team performance and operational metrics.
• Coach, train and mentor team members to maintain service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English (conversational level).
• Fluent spoken and written Spanish.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional behaviour.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, as well as within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
