Customer Services Agent – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Services Agent who speaks French to join our Barcelona team supporting Revlon's order‑to‑delivery process. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring service‑level excellence and helping to streamline order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily customer service activities and monitor operational KPIs.
• Create and track sales order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and alignment with forecasts.
• Follow up on order status, delivery, pick & pack, invoicing and related documentation.
• Resolve issues from order entry through invoice and cash collection.
• Provide internal and external customers with information on order‑to‑billing (OTB) processes.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Distribution, Finance and Sales & Marketing to meet objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer and material master data to prevent complaints and returns.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance order‑process quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar customer‑service or order‑fulfillment role.
• Fluent French (C1) and at least intermediate English and Spanish (B2+).
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to handle conflicting priorities.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Required skills

• SAP SD module (or JDE) knowledge.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
