Customer Success Manager (French Speaker) – Barcelona

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Success Manager to join our Barcelona office. In this junior position you will be the main point of contact for French‑language clients, helping them adopt and optimise our SaaS platform for local digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and ensure they become proficient with the platform.
• Support clients in planning, launching and optimising local digital advertising campaigns.
• Provide recommendations on media mix, budgets and acquisition channels to improve ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance, KPIs such as leads, conversion rates and client satisfaction.
• Manage portfolio renewals, upsells and overall investment growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Tech and Operations teams to align client needs with product capabilities.

Required profile

• Experience in Customer Success, BDR/SDR or commercial roles within SaaS or digital marketing.
• Strong interest in media campaigns and performance‑driven acquisition.
• Native or bilingual French, fluent English; Spanish a plus.
• Autonomous, result‑oriented and able to prioritise tasks.
