About the role
Guesty is seeking a bilingual Customer Success Manager to own post‑sale relationships with its SMB hospitality clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring customers achieve their goals, stay engaged, and grow with our platform.
Key responsibilities
- Drive post‑sale engagement, retention, growth, and renewal for assigned accounts.
- Analyze performance metrics, uncover upsell opportunities, and propose solutions that increase value.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, educating customers on product features and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Finance, Support and other internal teams to deliver seamless service.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Guesty’s product suite, staying current on new releases and enhancements.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of account management experience in complex SaaS environments.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Strong expertise in client‑retention strategies and long‑term partnership development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience in hospitality or property‑management SaaS is advantageous.
