Customer Success Manager (French speaking)

About the role

CoachHub is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Success Manager to join its Southern EMEA team. You will be the primary relationship owner for upper mid‑market and enterprise clients, guiding them from onboarding through long‑term expansion and ensuring the measurable impact of coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end client journey, from onboarding to adoption and value realization.
• Develop activation plans, define success metrics and create coaching playbooks that align client goals with CoachHub’s solutions.
• Act as the voice of the client internally, channel feedback to product, flag risks early and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews, demonstrate ROI, uncover growth opportunities and turn renewal discussions into expansion deals.
• Educate and inspire clients through workshops, webinars and one‑on‑one sessions to embed coaching into their L&D and leadership programs.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing best practices and supporting peers.

Required profile

• Strategic mindset with a focus on long‑term client success rather than reactive support.
• Experience managing upper mid‑market or enterprise accounts, preferably with a French footprint.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Growth‑oriented, coachable attitude and a passion for building coaching cultures.
