Customer Success Team Lead - French Speaking

About the role

BizAway is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Success Team Lead to join its Barcelona office. You will manage a team of 6–8 Customer Success Executives who handle corporate client portfolios across French, Middle East, and growth markets. Your focus will be on driving onboarding, adoption, renewals, and upselling while supporting your team in complex client situations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of CSEs to meet client satisfaction, growth, and retention targets.
• Step in to handle renewals, escalations, and upsell conversations when needed.
• Monitor portfolio health using dashboards, KPIs, and Salesforce.
• Standardise processes and best practices across the Customer Success team.
• Collaborate with Product, Service, and Support teams to resolve client issues and represent the customer voice.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback, and career development for team members.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve the client journey and support BizAway’s growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a team, preferably in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
• Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewals, and growth.
• Commercial mindset with confidence in upselling and contract negotiations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and French.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
