Customer Success Trainer – Bilingual (ES/FR)

About the role

As a Customer Success Trainer at Booksy, you will be the learning engine behind our frontline CS teams. You will design, develop, and deliver training programs that boost agent proficiency, embed quality standards, and enable world‑class service at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own learning programs, including live virtual sessions, e‑learning modules, and process guides.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Synthesia) to accelerate content creation and personalize learning at scale.
• Administer LinkedIn Learning: manage course assignments, track learner progress, and report on program outcomes.
• Facilitate onboarding and continuous education covering product knowledge, troubleshooting, customer experience, and soft skills.
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, performance data, and learner metrics.
• Identify skill gaps and create targeted learning interventions.
• Partner with the Knowledge Base Manager to keep documentation, SOPs, and reference materials up to date.
• Collaborate with product experts, operations, and CS leadership to align training with evolving products and priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a corporate trainer or similar role, preferably in a fast‑paced SaaS or tech environment.
• Background in customer success or service is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience building both synchronous and asynchronous content for diverse learning styles.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Learning or a comparable LMS.
• Ability to use performance data and training metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
