Cyber Security Risk & Insider Threat Analyst

About the role

Coforge is seeking a Cyber Security Risk & Insider Threat Analyst to strengthen its security posture in Madrid. You will work on detecting, analysing and mitigating insider threats and digital risks while ensuring compliance with data loss prevention policies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and optimise computer forensics practices and digital forensics tools.
• Operate intrusion detection and prevention systems, analysing network events and responding to incidents.
• Develop internal control reports for external auditors and apply information security laws in investigations.
• Lead incident‑response activities, communicate significant incidents to senior leadership and maintain incident playbooks.
• Shape and implement products and processes to protect the organisation from insider threats, defining metrics to measure effectiveness.
• Support policy, process and procedure reviews, ensuring continuous improvement of security controls.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience in information security, incident response, digital forensics or related domains.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and produce clear incident reports for senior decision‑makers.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in cloud‑based incident management.
