D2D Brand Manager – Packaging & Digital Assets

About the role

Leads packaging and digital asset development from concept to delivery. The D2D (Design‑to‑Delivery) Brand Manager manages the flow of visual communications for packaging across assigned projects and may progress to broader Brand Management roles in Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Create design briefs, lead packaging design development with agencies, conduct research and coordinate market input.
• Validate product elements on pack (marketing text, ingredient list, legal requirements) using digital interfaces.
• Brief pre‑press partners and provide technical printing and supply‑chain details.
• Manage relationships with in‑house and external partners to ensure on‑time printing.
• Deliver final files to printers and control proof printing.
• Support digital archiving of packaging assets, manage photography and illustration rights.
• Control project budgets and ensure financial accuracy.
• Stay updated on design and printing solution evolution.
• Assist marketing in making optimal execution choices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in Packaging Strategic Design, Packaging Product Chain and Project Management.
• 6+ years in project management, design or consumer marketing with print production experience, or 4+ years in a design/pre‑press agency.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams and manage agency relationships.
• Independent, dynamic personality with strong empathy and social intelligence.
