Dedicated Trainer – Medical Campaign

About the role

Nearstaff Solutions is looking for a Dedicated Trainer to lead the training program for a medical campaign client. You will own the full training lifecycle, from needs assessment to program design, delivery, and evaluation, ensuring new hires and existing agents meet client‑specific standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver new‑hire induction and serve as the primary training leader for the dedicated client.
• Design, develop, and update training materials in collaboration with SMEs and the Training Manager.
• Conduct refresher and ongoing training initiatives for all staff levels.
• Assess agent performance using assessments, observations, and other tools; provide reports and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records in the Training Database, including attendance, training hours, and course completion.
• Collaborate with client, operations, recruiting, and other stakeholders to align training with client goals.
• Coach and mentor new hires during nesting/OJT phases, addressing skill gaps and behavioral expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading training programs in a contact‑center or similar environment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple training projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences, including client leadership.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of producing clear, data‑driven training reports.
