Delivery Manager - IT Services

About the role

Kyndryl is looking for an experienced IT Services and Outsourcing Delivery Manager based in Bilbao or nearby, with regular presence to support clients across the Basque Country. The role ensures the successful delivery of services, leads the operational relationship with strategic clients and drives contract profitability through effective management of teams, operations and technology transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Service delivery and operations: end-to-end delivery of IT services, SLA compliance, operational stability, security, risk management and continuous service improvement
• Client relationship: act as a trusted advisor, understand client business objectives, manage customer satisfaction and identify service transformation and expansion opportunities
• Leadership and financial management: lead multidisciplinary teams, develop talent, coordinate resources and share responsibility for contract profitability through cost management, delivery optimisation and account P&L management

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and quality services to customers
• Fluent Spanish and English; Basque (Euskera) is highly desirable
• Based in Bilbao or near it, with regular presence in the Basque Country
• Sound knowledge of Kyndryl competencies, managed platforms, IT services and technology vendors
• Experience leading teams through incident, problem and change management and root cause analysis
• Ability to partner with Delivery Partners and work with SREs to deliver positive customer outcomes
