Demand & Supply Planner (Waters)

About the role

We are looking for a Demand & Supply Planner to create realistic, optimized Master Production Schedules while ensuring service level and inventory targets are met. The role operates in a hybrid setting, supporting the inter‑market supply network for the Waters business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide constrained MPS plans that are optimized, feasible and realistic while meeting service level and inventory objectives.
• Create an 18‑month production plan considering capacity, shifts and material availability for two factories.
• Develop the 18‑month demand plan in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
• Challenge manufacturing on lot sizes and cycle times to optimise finished‑goods inventory.
• Analyse the inter‑market supply plan and prepare dispatch plans from Italy and France to satisfy customer needs.
• Design an 18‑month replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials, ensuring supply to production and meeting working‑capital targets.
• Prepare reports and KPIs for the DSP scope.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand and supply planning.
• Engineering or economics degree.
• Fluent business English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and learning agility.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI.
