About the role

The Deputy Chief Executive Officer acts as the primary execution partner to the CEO, translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes across the enterprise. This senior leader oversees core revenue‑generating businesses and ensures alignment of operational, commercial, and financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CEO in overall company leadership and management.
• Drive execution of the strategic plan and annual business objectives, ensuring alignment across departments.
• Lead initiatives that improve profitability, efficiency, productivity, and shareholder value.
• Oversee investment banking, wealth management, trading & brokerage, and treasury & financial institutions units.
• Identify and act on revenue growth opportunities, market‑share expansion, and cross‑selling initiatives.
• Monitor business performance against budgets and targets, addressing operational and commercial challenges promptly.
• Lead enterprise‑wide implementation of board‑approved strategic projects and transformation programs.
• Act as Acting CEO when required and represent the company internally and externally as delegated.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a complex, multi‑division financial services environment.
• Strong track record of delivering strategic initiatives and achieving financial targets.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing board members, executives, and external partners.
• Ability to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client‑centricity.
