Desk Account Manager (French-speaking) – Hybrid

About the role

Join a global technology leader as a French‑speaking Desk Account Manager based in Barcelona. You will help mid‑market customers unlock the full value of an AI‑powered SaaS platform, driving adoption, retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with customers, promoting platform adoption.
• Identify needs and generate upsell, cross‑sell, retention and re‑engagement opportunities.
• Guide customers through platform capabilities, remove adoption barriers and provide tailored recommendations.
• Manage subscription updates, commercial discussions and ensure long‑term satisfaction.
• Track interactions, opportunities and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success or B2B SaaS sales.
• Native or bilingual French with professional English.
• Proven record of driving retention, upselling and account growth.
• Strong communication and consultative selling abilities.
• Passion for technology, SaaS and Generative AI.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
