Desktop Technician

About the role

Infoblox is seeking a Desktop Technician to join its Global Service Desk (GSD) in Madrid. You will be the first point of contact for end‑users across the EMEA region, delivering front‑line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and related technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end IT support via ServiceNow, in‑person and remote channels.
• Provision, image, configure and deploy Apple (Mac) and Dell devices with Microsoft 365 and Okta (SSO/MFA).
• Manage user identity and access using Active Directory and Okta.
• Perform hardware lifecycle tasks: onboarding, off‑boarding, asset tracking and inventory control.
• Troubleshoot macOS, Windows, network, VPN, wireless, printing, AV systems and enterprise applications.
• Create and maintain knowledge‑base articles and standard operating procedures.
• Support critical meetings and executive IT needs.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

• Reliability and the ability to work with moderate supervision.
