About the role

Join Airbus Helicopters' Digital Campus in Albacete as a SOC Coordinator and Service Delivery Manager. You will shape the security operations strategy for a leading aerospace manufacturer, working in a modern, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall SOC strategy, ensuring technical coherence and regulatory compliance.
• Select, deploy, and manage critical SOC tools such as SIEM, SOAR, ticketing and alert‑management platforms.
• Design end‑to‑end SOC processes from incident notification to escalation.
• Coordinate security operations with internal teams and external stakeholders, especially during crises.
• Monitor Service Level Agreements, track service quality, and report on SOC performance.
• Align SOC activities with business objectives and provide regular effectiveness reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SOC coordination or service delivery management.
• Strong stakeholder relationship and crisis‑management skills.
• Ability to design and optimise security processes.
