Digital & Communications Manager

About the role

Cabka is seeking a Digital & Communications Manager to shape its online presence and drive lead generation. Based in Valencia, you will combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution to enhance the customer journey across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads to meet lead‑generation targets.
• Manage and update the corporate website and landing pages, ensuring consistent branding and user experience.
• Implement SEO strategies, including AI‑driven optimisation, to improve organic visibility.
• Monitor performance with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other tools, providing data‑driven insights.
• Oversee LinkedIn and other social media channels, creating and publishing content that supports campaigns and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to enhance lead quality and support marketing automation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or communications.
• Hands‑on expertise with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and SEO.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
