Digital Marketing Generalist – Full‑time Role

About the role

Fluendo is looking for a Digital Marketing Generalist to design, execute and optimise its digital marketing programmes. You will work closely with the MarCom Manager and Sales team to ensure that brand messaging, visual identity and commercial campaigns are perfectly aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that support business objectives.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Plan, execute and automate email marketing and lead‑nurturing funnels.
• Implement SEO and SEM tactics to boost organic and paid search visibility.
• Analyse performance data (CTR, CPC, conversions) using Google Analytics, Looker Studio and CRM dashboards and produce actionable reports.
• Identify growth opportunities and emerging digital trends.
• Create and maintain a content calendar, write copy for ads, emails and social media.
• Design high‑converting visual assets with Canva, Figma or Adobe Suite and produce short video clips.
• Run continuous A/B tests on campaign data and creative assets.

• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with leadership and sales.

What we offer

• Permanent contract, 40 hours per week with flexible core hours.
• Gross annual salary €22,000–€24,000.
