Digital Marketing Graduate – E‑Business Development

About the role

Join Puig’s Lifestyle Brands division in Barcelona as a Digital Marketing Graduate focused on e‑business development. You will work on the digital expansion of brands such as Banderas, Shakira and Benetton, managing key marketplace channels and contributing to revenue growth. The role is hybrid, with two days of remote work each week, and is offered on a one‑year fixed‑term contract for recent graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow brand categories on Amazon EU & US, Zalando and TikTok Shop, driving measurable revenue.
• Analyse sell‑in and sell‑out data, run profitability studies and track KPIs to shape ROI‑focused strategies.
• Test and optimise product detail pages and digital assets to improve conversion rates.
• Lead cross‑functional meetings with internal teams, external providers and key clients, including weekly Amazon calls.
• Support local market teams by sharing best practices and guiding e‑commerce campaign roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Graduated within the last three years.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, large data sets).
• Previous experience in e‑commerce or marketplace management, especially Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, is highly valued.
