Digital Marketing Specialist – IoT (Hybrid, Barcelona)

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to accelerate growth for our IoT business. You will own paid media campaigns across multiple channels and use data‑driven insights to maximise ROI in international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Display, YouTube and remarketing platforms.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to enhance campaign creation and analysis.
• Analyse performance data, produce actionable insights and report on ROI.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Strong expertise with Google Ads and GA4.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and campaign optimisation.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for improving results.
