Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Media

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid media and email automation for Tennium’s tennis events. You will own campaign strategy, execution and optimisation across multiple channels while building a robust CRM ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn and other networks.
• Manage budget allocation, audience segmentation and performance tracking to maximise ROI.
• Design and execute email automation flows, segmentation, A/B testing and lifecycle campaigns.
• Implement and maintain the CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot or similar) for lead capture, nurturing and data hygiene.
• Produce multi‑channel digital assets including landing pages, banners, social posts and blog content.
• Oversee SEO/SEM initiatives to improve organic visibility.
• Analyse campaign data using Google Analytics, Data Studio, HubSpot and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with ticketing and other teams on promotional launches and sales campaigns.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in paid media and performance marketing, preferably in start‑ups, agencies or B2C environments.
• Proven track record managing media budgets and delivering measurable results.
• Hands‑on experience with email automation and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into optimisation strategies.
