Digital Marketing Specialist – SEO Focus

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong SEO focus to join our small, dynamic marketing team. You will own the organic growth strategy for ZAGA Centers’ web properties, especially the Smile24h patient portal, and contribute directly to the visibility of our dental‑care brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategy across all ZAGA brands, with emphasis on the Smile24h portal.
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page optimisation, content structuring and technical SEO audits (site architecture, schema, redirects, crawl issues).
• Implement SEO changes within WordPress using Gutenberg, Elementor and Spectra, and troubleshoot any issues.
• Write and edit articles, identify new content opportunities, and coordinate content collection from certified centres.
• Monitor rankings, traffic and organic performance, turning data into actionable next steps.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm updates, AI‑driven search behaviour and share insights with the team.
• Support broader marketing tasks as needed, ensuring a flexible, collaborative approach.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in digital marketing with a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Comfortable managing WordPress at an admin level, including plugins, settings and site structure.
• Technical aptitude for handling redirects, permissions and troubleshooting site issues.
• Data‑driven mindset: able to read traffic and ranking reports and act on the insights.
• Autonomous, curious and willing to tackle unfamiliar tasks.
• Team player who communicates clearly in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with video editing is highly valued.
