Digital Sales Account Manager

About the role

SoftwareOne is looking for a Digital Sales Account Manager to join its Digital Sales team in Port of Spain. You will act as a trusted advisor for SME customers, managing a portfolio of accounts, understanding their technology needs and driving renewals, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with assigned SME accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and digital sales advisor.
• Drive renewals, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities by analysing customer usage patterns, business challenges and market trends.
• Coordinate customer requests and service needs with internal technical, product, support and other cross‑functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Resolve escalations and post‑sales issues, including technical concerns and billing discrepancies, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Analyse account performance and sales data to identify growth opportunities and support territory planning.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑first approach.
• Capability to understand business challenges and translate them into relevant technology solutions in collaboration with technical, product and support teams.
• Experience analysing account and sales data and managing customer requests through CRM tools.
