Digital Sales Representative - Iberia

About the role

SailPoint is hiring a Digital Sales Representative for its Iberia team, based in Madrid. The role drives sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building and strategic sales tactics, using the SailPoint sales model to deliver a positive customer experience and maximize revenue in target accounts. It works alongside field sales partners such as Outside Account Executives, SEs and channel partners to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing ones.

Key responsibilities

• Use SaaS opportunity creation and sales experience to build relationships and close deals in target accounts.
• Work with field sales counterparts to open new accounts and cross-sell to existing ones.
• Follow the onboarding path: complete the Getting Started checklist, Challenger Sales training, learn the SailPoint pitch, and shadow discovery calls.
• Prospect using LinkedIn, 6Sense, TechTarget and ZoomInfo, sequence prospects and turn leads into opportunities in Salesforce.
• Make 10 outbound calls in Outreach, book discovery calls and create opportunities in Salesforce.
• By 12 months: meet funnel and pipeline targets, maintain KPIs on track and close deals independently.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent Spanish; Portuguese is an added bonus.
• Effective communication, organization and persuasion skills, with a good grasp of digital sales techniques.

What we offer

• Hybrid work: up to 3 days per week in the office, 2/3 days remote.
• Salary range of 31,430 to 47,636 EUR, with a 70:30 base-to-variable split and uncapped commission.
