Director, AI and Innovation Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to drive the development and launch of AI‑powered products that transform healthcare. In this role you will partner with business owners and cross‑functional teams to shape product vision, strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product management for 1‑3 AI‑focused products, from MVP through scaling and continuous improvement.
• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap, translating user insights and market trends into actionable plans.
• Manage product lifecycle using data‑driven metrics on technical performance, adoption and value.
• Oversee product budget and resource allocation to maximize ROI while maintaining stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with internal DDIT teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery and transition to maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in the life‑science sector and at least 3 years in product management.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling products from concept to market.
• Strong stakeholder management, process design and value realization capabilities.
• Experience working in both start‑up and enterprise environments.
