About the role
The Director of EMEA Supply Chain will lead all supply‑chain activities across the region for a leading international agribusiness group. This senior position ensures the efficient flow of goods from supplier selection through production planning to final distribution, adapting to market changes and customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Design and direct production plans, material requirements, and resource allocation.
- Maintain flexibility in manufacturing to handle urgent jobs and contingencies.
- Coordinate Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Labelling, and External Producers departments.
- Monitor strict compliance with the S&OP process.
- Work closely with Sales to align production with customer demand.
- Develop and implement KPIs to track performance and drive improvements.
Required profile
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemical Sciences.
- MBA or specialized supply‑chain training is a plus.
- 10+ years managing planning functions in multinational companies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and team‑leadership abilities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are advantageous.
