Dishwasher (Fregador/a) – Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a reliable dishwasher to join the team at Barceló Oviedo Cervantes. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchenware and related equipment, ensuring a smooth operation for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure proper cleaning and good condition of all customer‑use items.
• Maintain the areas assigned to you, keeping them tidy and functional.
• Take care of cleaning equipment, including the dishwasher machine, hand‑wash stations, pot‑washing stations, and waste compactor.
• Use appropriate chemical detergents, disinfectants and rinse agents safely.
• Follow the company's safety policies and procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio).
• Previous experience in a similar role is valued but not mandatory.
• No language requirements; hospitality knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team, maintain energy levels, and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Dishwashing equipment operation.
• Use of cleaning chemicals and disinfectants.
