About the role

Huawei, a global leader in ICT and telecommunications, is looking for a dynamic Distribution Sales Manager. You will work closely with partners to develop advanced solutions, generate new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth across the sector.

Key responsibilities

Develop advanced solutions in collaboration with partners to accelerate revenue growth.
Generate sales opportunities, manage pipelines and close deals with strategic partners.
Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to ensure commercial success.
Identify, train and align key local partners with Huawei’s strategic objectives.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in direct and channel sales.
Excellent communication, organizational and leadership abilities.
Proven capability to lead teams and projects through influence.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a technical background.
