District Sales Manager – Automotive

About the role

The District Sales Manager will lead MG's market development and sales activities across Spain, based in Pozuelo, Madrid. You will work closely with dealers and distributors to grow brand awareness and achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans with dealers and manage distributor relationships to meet agreed targets.
• Negotiate annual, quarterly and monthly sales objectives with distributors.
• Prepare and maintain weekly reports, forecasts, and marketing plans.
• Oversee the CRM system and generate accurate sales reports.
• Visit dealers regularly to promote MG products and support their sales efforts.
• Increase brand visibility and support business development initiatives for dealers.
• Collaborate with logistics and other internal departments to optimise sales performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven network in the automotive industry.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Self‑starter able to work independently and as part of multicultural teams.
• Result‑oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Spanish driving licence.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems.
