Doctor Team Lead (Dental) – Germany

About the role

The Impress team is looking for a Doctor Team Lead to support and train our dentists across multiple clinics in Germany. You will act as the first line of clinical support, ensuring high‑quality patient care while coordinating between clinics and our headquarters in Barcelona.

Key responsibilities

• Approve treatment plans, review eligibility, and sign off refinements.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for doctors and auxiliaries.
• Build and optimise processes for smooth front‑line support.
• Serve as liaison between clinics and HQ, creating training materials and processes.
• Train teams on clinical and procedural standards.
• Monitor quality reports, NPS, utilisation and efficiency; implement improvement actions.
• Conduct daily quality checks and enforce compliance with tools and procedures.
• Resolve escalated patient requests via clinic visits, calls, video or email.
• Participate in marketing activities, influencer collaborations and social‑media content creation.
• Combine office and clinic work, travel frequently and work weekends as needed.

Required profile

• Dental or orthodontic degree, registered with the Dental Association.
• Solid clinical experience, preferably with aligners and digital technologies.
• Experience supervising or coordinating a medical team.
• Proficiency with digital tools and patient‑tracking software.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
• Commitment to patient excellence and continuous improvement.
• Fluent German and professional English.
• Willingness to travel internationally across clinics.
