Duty Officer – Airport Operations (Madrid)

About the role

Royal Air Maroc is seeking a Duty Officer to support the Stopover Chief in managing airport operations at Madrid Airport. The role focuses on ensuring punctual, secure, and customer‑centric services for all RAM flights and passengers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all services provided to RAM customers throughout the passenger journey, ensuring compliance with RAM quality standards.
• Coordinate assistance actions, including transport and accommodation, during irregular operations.
• Represent RAM with local authorities and stakeholders at the stopover.
• Liaise with the Operations Control Center (CCO) and other operational entities such as hotlines and hubs.
• Compile and report stopover activity data and passenger complaints for resolution.
• Contribute to maintaining and enhancing the RAM brand image.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or higher in management, operations, tourism or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an airline, handling company, or as a Duty Officer, supervisor, or stopover coordinator.
• Agile, dynamic, and capable of rapid learning.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.

Required skills

• Knowledge of dangerous goods handling regulations.
