Duty Officer – Barcelona Airport

About the role

Royal Air Maroc is looking for a Duty Officer to support the Stopover Chief at Barcelona Airport. The role ensures smooth passenger services, punctuality and security across all RAM operations at the stopover.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all services provided to RAM customers throughout the passenger journey and ensure compliance with RAM quality standards.
• Oversee assistance organisations and control the quality of their services.
• Coordinate passenger care during irregularities, including transport and accommodation arrangements.
• Represent RAM with local authorities and various stakeholders at the stopover.
• Collaborate with the Operations Control Centre (CCO) and other operational entities such as hotlines and hubs.
• Report stopover activity and compile passenger complaints for resolution with relevant parties.
• Contribute to strengthening the RAM brand image.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or higher in management, operations, tourism or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an airline or handling environment as a Duty Officer, supervisor or stopover coordinator.
• Experience with control processes, handling operations and regulations concerning dangerous goods.
• Agile, dynamic, with a strong capacity for learning.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
